The public is informed that the Philippine Government has launched the eTravel portal (https://etravel.gov.ph) for travelers bound for the Philippines, including returning Filipino nationals and residents.
The eTravel platform will host the electronic version of the paper Arrival Card that travelers must submit upon arrival in the Philippines for immigration clearance. Starting 05 December 2022, the Bureau of Immigration will discontinue using the paper Arrival Card.
The portal effectively replaces the One Health Pass, and also features a summary of the latest entry guidelines of the Philippines relating to COVID-19.
All travelers will be required to provide their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal.
Registration on the eTravel platform is FREE OF CHARGE.

The Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt is pleased to announce that it will hold a Consular Outreach Mission in Bonn, North Rhine-Westphalia on 13 May 2023 at St. Winfried Church, Sträßchensweg 3, 53113 Bonn.
Business hours will be from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Consular services such as passport, civil registration, notarial and authentication, and NBI clearance applications will be available. Overseas voters’ registration will also be offered.
- Consular services are strictly by appointment only.
Walk-in applicants, including seniors and minors, will NOT be accommodated.

- Overseas voters’ registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
Applicants are required to bring their Philippine passport and a photocopy of their passport data page to be able to complete their registration.
Only applications with complete requirements will be processed.
Visit www.frankfurtpcg.de for the complete list of requirements per service and remember to bring photocopies of all of your original documents and self-addressed stamped envelopes for the return of your documents. There will be NO photocopying machine and NO stamps/envelopes at the venue.
- Payments for services will be on a cash basis only.
The Consulate has not and will not authorize anyone to collect payments on its behalf.
Planning to Use Your Current Passport? Airlines and immigration authorities require at least 6 months’ validity on a passport to be allowed entry into a country.
Authentication & Employment Contracts
The Philippine Consulate General, through its consular section, performs authentication / notarization for documents that are to be used in the Philippines.
Former Filipinos who have been naturalized citizens of Germany may apply to reacquire their Filipino citizenship but they may be required to renounce their current citizenship in the absence of relevant dual citizenship law in the host country.
