ASEAN Representatives, Hesse State Secretary, Commemorate ASEAN’s 59th Founding Anniversary
Frankfurt am Main, 7 August 2026 – The ASEAN Consulates General in Frankfurt commemorated the 59th Founding Anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) through a reception held at Villa Hanoi in Frankfurt.
The event brought together the Consulates General of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Viet Nam, as well as the Honorary Consulates of Singapore and Cambodia. The celebration also marked the first participation of State Secretary Karin Müller of the Hessian State Chancellery in an ASEAN anniversary celebration, reflecting the growing partnership between the State of Hesse and ASEAN.

Implementation of the Philippine e-visa system in the Federal Republic oF Germany
The Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt am Main informs the public of the implementation of the Philippine electronic-Visa (e-Visa) system in the Federal Republic of Germany, starting 06 July 2026.
Residents of the Federal Republic of Germany who are eligible for Philippine e-Visas and intend to enter the Philippines for temporary visits may lodge their application online through the official website, evisa.gov.ph, and pay the corresponding e-Visa fees securely via direct bank transfer.
