The Philippine Honorary Consuls

Philippine Honorary Consuls (ad honorem) can process certain consular documents, including authentications, applications for one-way travel documents to the Philippines, tourist visas, and certifications.

They can only authenticate documents if they come from the District Courts (Landgericht) that fall within their jurisdiction. It is advisable to consult the Honorary Consul regarding specific transactions.

Passport applications and documents requiring the personal appearance of the affiant must be handled exclusively by the Philippine Consulate in Frankfurt.

Payments must be made directly to the respective Honorary Consul’s bank account and not to the Philippine Consulate in Frankfurt.
