ACCREDITATION OF MASS MEDIA ENTITIES
For the 2022 National Elections Overseas
In compliance with COMELEC Resolution No. 10776 (Guidelines for Accreditation of Mass Media Entities, Election Observers or Monitors, and Civil Society Partners in Connection with the Conduct of Overseas Voting for the 2022 National Elections Overseas), the Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt informs the public that it has approved the application for media accreditation of ABS-CBN.

ACCREDITATION OF MASS MEDIA ENTITIES
For the 2022 National Elections Overseas
The Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt informs the public that the application period for accreditation for mass media is now open.
All accreditation applications may be filed personally or by sending an email to overseasvoting.frankfurtpcg@gmail.com until 09 April 2022.
Access, rules of conduct and other information on the participation of the media are outlined in COMELEC Resolution No. 10776 dated 06 April 2022, which can be accessed on the official website of the COMELEC.
General Requirements for Media Accreditation
Mass media entities (local and international media) must submit the following documents to the COMELEC through the Philippine Embassy or Consulate with jurisdiction over the area/host country they intend to cover:

REGISTERED VOTERS WITH INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
THE CONSULATE INFORMS THE PUBLIC THAT FILIPINO VOTERS REGISTERED IN THE PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL IN FRANKFURT AND INCLUDED IN THIS LIST HAVE INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES IN THE LIST OF OVERSEAS VOTERS WITH VOTING RECORDS PROVIDED BY THE COMELEC.
CONCERNED VOTERS ARE ADVISED TO PROVIDE THEIR MAILING ADDRESS TO THE OVERSEAS VOTING SECTION BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO OVERSEASVOTING.FRANKFURTPCG@GMAIL.COM
THE CONSULATE WILL SEND BALLOTS ONLY TO VOTERS WITH COMPLETE ADDRESS TO AVOID RETURNED-TO-SENDER MAILS.
