The Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt is pleased to announce that it will hold a Consular Outreach Mission in Munich, Bavaria on 14 November 2026 at Holiday Inn Munich City Center, Hochstraße 3, 81669.
Business hours will be from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon and 1:30 – 6:00 pm.
Consular services such as passport, civil registration, notarial and authentication, and citizenship reacquisition/retention will be available. Overseas voting registration will also be offered.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Consular services are strictly by appointment only.
Walk-in applicants, including seniors and minors, will not be accommodated.
To book an appointment for Passport Services:
- Visit https://www.passport.gov.ph/
- Select EUROPE -> GERMANY -> PCG FRANKFURT – OUTREACH MISSION IN MUNICH as your desired appointment site and 14 November 2026 as your desired appointment date.
To book an appointment for Other Consular Services:
- Email with your name, desired service, and preferred appointment window (morning or afternoon only) to fpcgconsularoutreachmissions@gmail.com. The Consulate will revert within 48 hours for confirmed bookings and/or requests for documents for pre-assessment. For civil registration and citizenship reacquisition/retention, ensure your documents have been pre-assessed.
- Overseas voting registration DOES NOT require an appointment.
Applicants may walk-in and bring their original passport and one (1) photocopy of the passport showing the data and signature page. For Dual citizens, please bring original and one (1) photocopy of their Dual Citizenship Identification Certificate, Order of Approval, or Oath of Allegiance.
- Only applications with complete requirements will be processed.
Visit www.frankfurtpcg.de for the complete list of requirements per service and remember to bring the required documents (original and photocopies, as needed). There will be NO photocopying machine at the venue.
- Payments for services will be on a cash basis only.
Debit and credit cards will not be accepted.
The Consulate has not and will not authorize anyone to collect payments on its behalf. Please only transact with the designated Consulate official.
