Appointments for Legalization & Other Services

IMPORTANT REMINDERS (Please read carefully):

  1. This appointment system is for those applying for LEGALIZATION & OTHER SERVICES, which include the following consular services:
    • Notarial, Certification and Authentication (SPA, Affidavits, Deeds, etc.)
    • Reacquisition/Retention of Philippine Citizenship
    • Renunciation of Philippine Citizenship
    • NBI Clearance
  2. Those applying for SIMPLE RENEWAL OF PASSPORT should book an appointment for PASSPORT SERVICES.
  3. Those applying for PASSPORT RENEWAL WITH CHANGE OF SURNAME (with previous PSA Report of Marriage/PSA Marriage Certificate) should book an appointment for PASSPORT SERVICES.
  4. When booking an appointment, you will be required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and the type of transaction. You may also, at your discretion, provide your contact number and sex.
  5. Upon completing your online booking, please check your email immediately and follow the instructions in the email in order to CONFIRM your appointment. The appointment will not be reserved if you do not confirm within one (1) hour.
