Overseas Voting Registration has officially started! Filipinos in Germany may now register for the 2028 National Election.
Where to Register:
You may register in person at the Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt or at one of the Consulate’s mobile or field registration activities (schedule to be announced in Q1 2026).
How to Register:
Option 1: Fill out the OVF1 (Overseas Voting Form) manually. Visit the Consulate to complete the form onsite.
Option 2: Use the fillable PDF Form. Download, fill out electronically, print, and bring it to the Consulate for processing.
Option 3: Register through the iRehistro website. Pre-fill your details online via iRehistro, then submit your completed application at the Consulate in person.
Don’t forget to bring:
- A valid Philippine Passport + 1 photocopy of the data and signature pages; OR
- Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) + 1 photocopy of the data and signature pages; OR
- Certified Copy of Approval of Retention or Reacquisition of PH Citizenship + 1 copy (for dual citizens)
Registration is quick and easy and does not require an appointment. Simply visit the Consulate in between 9:30am and 4:30pm from Monday to Friday (except on holidays).
