“SINULOG’ WELL ALIVE AMONG FILIPINOS IN GERMANY

Thanks to the Filipino Catholic Communities in Baden Wuerttemberg, Hesse and North Rhine Westphalia, “Pit Senyor” reverberated in three separate Sinulog celebrations in Germany. In Rottenburg, Baden Wuerttemberg, the festival drew in 1,500 attendees, while the celebrations in Bad Homburg, Hesse and Sankt Augustin, North Rhine Westphalia attracted hundreds of Filipino-Germans. The Sinulog parades on German streets mirrored the dancing across Cebu. The Philippine Consulate General in Frankfurt also took to the streets to join the vibrant Filipino communities in the revelry.
